Many historical observations have proven that materials innovation has leaded the breakthrough of devices around human being. Nano Materilas Research Laboratory focuses on the development of new nano materials and their device applications. Nano materials include current famous material, graphene and other new 2 dimensional (2D) structures and also 1 dimensional (1D) structures, nanowires. Enhanced and extraordinary properties of the unique nano structures are devoted to overcome the property limits of current devices for the future applications. For the application of the nano materials to device structures, interface of the developed materials should be properly controlled to array the materials onto the device architecture, which includes dispersion, transfer, patterning, and array. Finally the electrical, physical, chemical, mechanical properties of the nano materials in the devices are utilized to enhance the device properties of various application areas such as semiconductor, display, energy, sensor, envirment, and composite.
